This is the vision of Ereks-Era.Blue Matters Responsible Production Platform comes from this vision. EREKS and ERA recently established, a fully integrated green production facility, specially designed to deliver sustainable and customized denim washing technology. This production facility has a development center, a sustainable washing unit, a sewing unit and a finishing unit.
In this concept finds its place SEI Laser Denim Matrix System, which combines digitalization with sustainability to achieve low environmental impact production.
Working with high quality brands, means that sustainability is just as important as quality and thanks to Matrix System you can have both of them.

Matrix System starts with its software, EnGenius, which provides all the tools that a designer needs to develop garments, including automatic adaptation of graphics for each size, with a constant and realistic 3D view of the model on the screen.
“Like any designer in the past I only used Photoshop” say Hakan Ince – Designer “EnGenius software has opened up a new way for me: I can complete my work in less time. […] SEI Laser’s user interface is truly user-friendly, which makes both the designer and the production manager satisfied.”
Matrix System marks directly on the denim roll all the designs and piece identification labels and cuts the pieces with extreme precision.
“This allows us a better quality control in the assembly and immediately highlights any mistakes” say Baris Aktas – Head of Cut&Sew, “and significantly reduces the workload of the operators”.
Furthermore, many effects like whiskers, destroy, rodeo and stone-wash effects that usually required multiple laser or washing steps, are obtained simultaneously with Matrix System without using stones or chemical products.
